About us
In 2011 WINC launched an HR consultancy in Sydney, Australia. Since then the company has branched out to London and teamed up with like-minded industry partners. We are proud to have added the WINC expertise to enterprises in Europe, Australia, the Middle East and the USA. WINC HR Consultants have championed projects for The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, Mercedes-Benz, the European, Pan American and Olympic Games, Orient-Express Hotels, Regent Hotels and Regent Seven Seas Cruises.
WINC HR strategy and solutions was borne out of a sincere desire to make a difference. Like many other people, we found ourselves constantly lamenting about HR and its lack of impact, so we thought it was high time to do something about it.
We have always been excited about the positive impact HR can make, but we also understand that when you are working flat out in a busy HR role, you often don’t have the time nor energy to change the old ways of doing things. However, we genuinely believe, that in our bespoke consulting support, we have something new to offer.
