This Notice of Second Disciplinary Meeting should be sent on the continued misconduct of the employee.
The letter refers to the previous warning and the terms outlined therein in respect of expected improved conduct. It also confirms the employee’s entitlement to be accompanied by a colleague or trade union representative. The time, date and location of the hearing are stated and the persons attending the hearing are provided.
The employee is requested to confirm or otherwise agree an alternative date/time for the hearing. The employee is to be given the opportunity to discuss/challenge/explain the allegation of continued misconduct.
